We don't collect any data. Fast36 is designed with privacy as a core principle. The app does not require an account, does not ask for personal information, and does not connect to external servers for data collection.

Your fasting history, schedules, and preferences are stored exclusively on your iPhone using Apple's local storage systems.

2 Data Storage

All data created by Fast36 is stored locally on your device:

• Fasting history and completed fasts
• Your scheduled fasting day and time
• Notification preferences
• App settings and appearance preferences

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third parties.

3 Notifications

Fast36 uses local notifications to remind you about your scheduled fasts and to notify you of stage transitions during an active fast. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device and do not involve any external servers or push notification services.

4 Analytics

Fast36 does not include any analytics or tracking. We do not use any third-party analytics services, SDKs, or tracking tools. We have no way of knowing how you use the app, how often you fast, or any other information about your behavior.

5 Third Parties

Fast36 does not share any data with third parties because we don't collect any data in the first place. The app contains no third-party SDKs, advertising frameworks, or external services that could access your information.

6 Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it:

• Access: All your data is visible within the app
• Deletion: Uninstalling the app removes all associated data
• Portability: Your data is backed up through your standard iOS backups if you have them enabled

7 Children's Privacy

Fast36 is not intended for use by children under 17 years of age. Extended fasting is not recommended for minors, and the app is designed for adult users only.

8 Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Since we don't collect any personal data, we have no way to notify you directly of changes.
